ASHEcon Newsletter Mission Statement
The mission of the newsletter will be to develop the social capital of the health economics profession by providing a forum for community building and networking among health economics faculty, researchers, and students. This newsletter will be published thrice yearly and is not intended to engage in advocacy or to provide information already available in other newsletters.

The American Society of Health Economists (ASHEcon) is a newly formed professional organization dedicated to promoting excellence in health economics research in the United States. ASHEcon is an affiliate of the International Health Economics Association (iHEA). ASHEcon provides a forum for emerging ideas and empirical results of health economics research.
